These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alexander Australia website and your purchase of products through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This website is operated by Thomas Campbell trading as Alexander Australia (ABN 33 004 137 285).

Products and pricing

We try to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding and you'll have the option to confirm or cancel your order. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown for delivery to New Zealand do not include Australian GST.

Horns — enquiry-based sales

Horns are not sold via the standard online checkout. Pricing, availability, and sale terms for a horn are provided on request — contact us to discuss.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock). Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Alexander Australia and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexander Australia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
